    Excerpt
The Discovery Leisure Company, a homegrown collection of hotels and resorts, is proud to be part of the Sustainable Seafood Week 2017, in support of artisanal fishing. Artisanal fisheries are small-scale fisheries that use traditional techniques and mall boats, which are vital to livelihoods and food security. The Group's three signature restaurants are launching sustainable seafood dishes in its menus this coming March 2017.
