    Excerpt
Despite the directive that totally bans the harvesting, transporting, selling and eating of all kinds of shellfish in Capiz, a 50-year-old vendor at the Teodoro Arcenas Trade Center here said she has no other choice but to get back to her bread and butter. On Aug. 29, the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) declared Sapian Bay were positive of red tide toxin. As of Sept. 14, water samples from five out of nine sampling station in Sapian Bay were positive of the organisms.
