A 52-year-old fisherman went missing while laying crab traps in a river but found was dead few hours later at Brgy. Pawa in Panay, Capiz. Richard Balasa of Pawa left morning of Apr. 3, 2017 to lay crab traps, locally known as “panggal”, at the Pawa River. The body of the victim was found at around 9 p.m. Monday.
