The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) drove away a Chinese maritime militia vessel and 24 small boats that were conducting fishing activities within the territorial waters of Kota (Loaita) Island in the Kalayaan Island Group (KIG), officials revealed on Tuesday, Sept. 29.
