Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) City Engineering District on Friday planted about 5,500 mangrove seedlings in a riverbank in Purok Magsungay, Barangay Singcang-Airport. The activity is supported by the office of the Congressman and the office of Mayor Evelio Leonardia, Villareal said.
