The government is renovating a fisheries research facility in Lanao del Norte to serve as a technology and business incubation hub for aquaculture stakeholders. The Brackishwater Fisheries Research and Development Center (BFRDC) has started the rehabilitation of its existing facilities for the establishment of an Aquaculture Business Technology Incubation (ABTI) Center under the Fishcore Marlin 2.2 Project.
