Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) in Camarines Sur are looking forward to improving their dried fish products and reaching wider markets through skills training and enterprise development training. The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), with the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), recently held the capacity-building training to help farmers and fisherfolk produce higher-quality products that can attract more buyers and generate additional income for their families.
