A motorized boat with 11 people on board including the vessel’s crewmembers capsized in the waters off Limasawa, Southern Leyte yesterday. Responding members of the Philippine Coast Guard and the Limasawa police as well as barangay officials rescued the passengers and crewmembers at around 8:30 a.m. near the coast of Barangay San Agustin.
