The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) successfully rescued a fisherman who had been lost at sea for five days during maritime patrol and search and rescue operations (Sarops) in waters near Bajo de Masinloc, Zambales on March 20, 2026. The 32-year-old fisherman, a resident of Wawanway in Subic, Zambales, was reported missing after his boat, "Bebelot," failed to return.
