Sen. Erwin Tulfo provided fishing gear and cash aid to 22 fishermen from Palawan who were recently repatriated from Malaysia, following a monthlong detention for alleged illegal fishing. The unidentified Filipinos had been under Malaysian custody since January. They were allowed to return to Rizal, Palawan on Thursday following negotiations between Manila and Kuala Lumpur.
