The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) rescued 13 fishermen Friday after their fishing boat collided with an LPG tanker in the waters off Bataan province. The collision occurred near Barangay Lamao in Limay between the LPG carrier SL Bisugo and the fishing banca FBca Jun-Jun.
