Shellfishes collected and tested from Dumanquillas Bay in Zamboanga del Sur; Tantanang Bay in Zamboanga Sibugay Province; Matarinao Bay in Eastern Samar; and Coastal waters of Bolinao and Anda in Pangasinan are still positive for Paralytic Shellfish Poison (PSP) or toxic red tide that is beyond the regulatory limit.
