    Excerpt
A national alliance of fishermen on Monday slammed the fishing restriction off San Felipe town in Zambales province due to the repair and maintenance work of a Chinese-flagged vessel on a submarine cable. The Pambanang Lakas ng Kilusang Mamamalakaya ng Pilipinas said that on February 5, supply vessel Feng Hua 21, owned and operated by FH Offshore Engineering, arrived in San Felipe to conduct repair and maintenance activities for the Luzon Festoon Cable Repair and Maintenance Project.
