dc.descriptionThe Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) rescued 13 fishermen after their wooden-hulled fishing boat collided with a liquefied petroleum gas tanker off Barangay Lamao in Limay, Bataan last week. The PCG also rescued 40 people in Lumban, Laguna after their boat sank during a fluvial parade yesterday. Initial investigation showed that the revelers were participating in the Lupi Festival when their boat sank.en
