The Central Luzon State University (CLSU) and the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources National Freshwater Technology Center (BFAR NFTC) have rolled out a project to revolutionize Australian red claw CRAYfiSH (CHERAX QUADricarinatus) cultivation in the country. Secretary Francisco Ti” La”rel Jr. arrived with senior Department of Agriculture (DA) officials, foreign investors, and a team of researchers to ”nveil the project last Jan.
