    Davao City yields 3,123 metric tons of fish in 2025

    The Davao City Agriculturist Office (CAgrO) Fishery Resources Management Division reported that Davao City produced 3,123.24 metric tons of fish in 2025. Fishery Resources Management Division Head Aimee C. Evora, during a media conference last week, revealed that based on their production monitoring last year, they recorded a yield of 63.9 metric tons of tilapia, 916.34 metric tons of hito, and 2,143 metric tons of fish from fish cages in the Punta Dumalag mariculture area.
