A sunken fishing vessel was spotted Friday morning off the coast of Dinalungan, Aurora, as severe tropical storm "Paolo" continued to batter the province. According to local vlogger Shay Vlog, concerned residents discovered the vessel, which reportedly came from Barangay Tignoan in Real, Quezon.
