Port Manager Elmer Figuracion said that this year, using their corporate funds, they have identified 11 projects worth P5.2 million to include the repair and rehabilitation of post-harvest facilities such as refrigeration and cold storage. These facilities are being leased with an occupancy rate of 90 to 95 percent for frozen and processed products intended for local consumption.en
