Fisherfolk from the group Pambansang Lakas ng Kilusang Mamamalakaya ng Pilipinas (Pamalakaya), along with coastal residents from Zambales and Ilocos Sur, marched to the headquarters of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources in Quezon City on Friday, Nov. 21, 2025, to mark World Fisheries Day.
