Marine soldiers rescued on Sunday nine passengers — two adults and seven minors — from a capsized watercraft off the coast of Barangay Tandu Bato in Luuk, Sulu. 4th Marine Brigade commander Col. Vincent Mark Anthony Blanco said that a concerned fisherman of the town reported the incident at sea which they immediately responded and rescued the passengers of the watercraft.
