The Coast Guard District Northeastern Luzon (CGDNEL) has confirmed that the death toll from a fishing boat that capsized off the coastal waters of Santa Ana town in cagayan during the onslaught of Super Typhoon Nando has risen to seven, following the retrieval of the remains of the three missing crew members on Wednesday.
