The Cadiz City Environment and Natural Resources Office recently conducted an intensive local conservation area assessment of the 21.4-hectare mangrove area in Barangay Daga. Alongside the DENR-Provincial ENR Office of Negros Occidental and CENRO Cadiz, the assessment held from Oct. 3 to 6 surveyed the mangrove area nestled in the heart of Cadiz City's local conservation area.
