The Department of Agriculture (DA) has teamed up with the Jollibee Group Foundation (JGF) to promote clustering and consolidation in the agri-fisheries sectors, which will enhance market access and income of farmers and fisherfolk. The partnership was formalized through a memorandum of agreement (MOA) signed by the two parties last Monday. DA Senior Undersecretary Domingo Panganiban stressed the important role of agri-fisheries clustering and consolidation and the Agro-Enterprise Clustering Approach (AECA) in achieving inclusive agricultural productivity in the country.
