    Excerpt
Fishermen of Pola town in Oriental Mindoro are reeling from the devastating effects of the oil spill 28 days after oil tanker MT Princess Empress sank off Naujan. An Agence France-Presse report said the tanker loaded with 900,000 liters of thick oil is still leaking with more than half the oil having been discharged and dispersed over hundreds of kilometers of waters famed for having some of the most diverse marine life in the world.
