The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), in partnership with PATH Foundation Philippines Inc. trained 111 small-scale fisherfolk from Zambales and Bataan on safety, survival, and security at sea. The training dubbed "Basic Safety, Survival, and Security at Sea" was conducted at the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy.
