    Children poke a giant grouper that was washed ashore in Barangay Taboc, Libertad, Antique on Tuesday, July 7. Locally known as pugaro or kugtong, the giant grouper (Epinephelus lanceolatus) weighed 176 kilograms ad measured 7 feet from its mouth to the caudal fin. A toddler can fit in its mouth. The fish was weak and eventually died.
