Excerpt
Amid the ongoing reorganization in Malacañang, President Ferdinand Marcos announced the creation of the Office of the Presidential Adviser on Pasig River Rehabilitation (OPAPRR) to fast track government efforts in reviving iconic waterway in Metro Manila. Under his Executive Order (EO) No. 92, series of 2025, the Chief Executive said the OPAPRR will be led by the Presidential Adviser for Pasig River Rehabilitation (PAPRR), who will have the rank and entitlements of a Secretary.
