“The ones who protect, came to reflect.” This was how the producers and filmmakers of “Food Delivery: Fresh from the West Philippine Sea” described a night of gathering of Guardians of the sea for its block screening. The PCG, PCG Auxiliary, and We Protect Our Seas hosted the special screening of the critically acclaimed documentary by Baby Ruth Villarama last Aug. 7.
