The Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) on Monday rescued the fisherman who was reported missing at sea during the onslaught of Tropical Depression Isang. The PCG said it conducted a search and rescue operation for the missing fisherman from Zambales who joined a group to fishers who went to Bajo de Masinloc on Friday. The fisherman, on aboard the fishing boat FFB Saider, was separated from his 12 companions on Friday amid strong winds and high waves.
