The Philippine Navy has rescued 15 fishermen whose boat suffered engine failure and drifted for two days off Zambales amid rough seas. Fortunately, the Navy picked up distress calls from the skipper of the fishing boat (FB) Moises, and promptly dispatched a multi-purpose attack craft and a tugboat despite hostile sea conditions.
