    Excerpt
Another set of dynamite fishers has been caught in Iloilo - this time in carles, a coastal town blessed with rich marine biodiversity. Six residents were apprehended with their paraphernalia: air compressors, fabricated clippers, diving goggles, improvised scope nets - tools of destruction that leave coral reefs shattered and fish populations decimated.
