Davao City First District Representative Paolo "Pulong" Duterte distributed rice and cash assistance to over 2,000 fisherfolks residing in coastal barangays of 21-C, 22-C, and 23-C. The distribution of the assistance, which was led by Rep. Duterte's son Rigo on his behalf, is conducted from September 18 to 22 at the Davao Coastal Road. In a statement, Rep. Duterte said as read by his son Rigo that the rice assistance was the answer to the fisherfolk associations' request to his office.
