UAE reaffirms vow to supprt PHL economy, mangrove project

The government of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has reaffirmed its strong commitment to the Philippines through its continued support for the country’s environmental programs and economy, the Presidential Communications Office (PCO) said. In a courtesy visit to President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. last Tuesday, UAE Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary H.E. Mohamed Obaid Salem Alqataam Alzaabi said that they value how the Philippine government perceive the UAE as a country that has no enemies and a country that is a good friend to everyone. In terms of the economy, the UAE envoy said there are a lot of companies in their country wanting to build their businesses in the Philippines as they emphasized that they wanted to introduce a new program, which is similar to what they have been doing to other countries.
