House Resolution 1159 filed on 3 August, a week after the accident, by Cavite Rep. Elpidio Barzaga Jr. prods the appropriate committee to investigate the capsizing of the motorbanca. It echoed HR 1149 of ACT Teachers Partylist Rep. France Castro and Senator Grace Poe’s Senate Resolution 704, both seeking to hold those responsible accountable. | en |
