    Excerpt
The Mati City government commenced the dismantling of the turtle hatchery at Amihan sa Dahican on Tuesday, August 1. According to the Mati City Information Office, the dismantling complies with the termination order issued on March 30, 2023, by the City Administrator's Office. This order aims to transfer the turtle eggs to a new hatchery situated at Menzi Beach Park and Campsite. The move aims to ensure that the hatching process remains undisturbed, away from human interference and potential disturbances.
