Masantol town mayor Jose Antonio “Ton-Ton” Bustos is looking for long-term solutions to address the perennial flooding problem in his town. Bustos admitted that such solutions would entail government support and enormous budgetary requirements. The mayor said the desilting of Pampanga and construction of breakwater structures will help in preventing flooding in the town and other coastal towns in Pampanga.
