    CL salt makers use solar power to boost production

    Salt producers in Aurora and Zambales are now harnessing the power of the sun to boost their production. The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) in Central Luzon said fishers' associations in Barangay Mijares in Dipaculao and in Dilasag, both in Aurora, and in Iba town in Zambales are now installing and testing the solar salt packages provided by the Department of Agriculture.
