dc.descriptionA rough-toothed dolphin found along the shore of a beach resort in Iba, Zambales, was rescued, rehabilitated, and released back into the sea by the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Region 3 (BFAR 3) and local authorities. The Fisheries Law Enforcement Team of BFAR 3 said it quickly responded upon learning about the report and found the dolphin being handled by the Bantay Dagat of Iba, the Philippine National Police Maritime Group (PNP-MG), and the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG).en
