Oil leaking from a sunken tanker in Naujan, Oriental Mindoro has spread to Palawan, the Philippine Coast Guard sain on Friday. The PCG said its personnel immediately proceeded to the Barangay Casian, Taytay, 295 kilometers away from Naujan, after village Captain Norbert Lim reported the oil spill to the Municipal Social Welfareand Development Office.
