The Official Development Assistance from the government of South Korea is part of the proposed three-year Northern Iloilo Comprehensive Fishery Rehabilitation Development Project. KOICA is now finalizing the terms and conditions of the project before the record of discussion between the agency and provincial government are approved by December 2016.en
