Divers from PENRO and Tangalan LGU conducted “SCUBAsurero” in Coral Garden, Barangay Jawili, Tangalan town, on June 6. “SCUBAsurero” is an underwater cleanup to reduce wastes entangled in coral reefs and lodged on the seabed.en
