The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group yesterday said it arrested three people in Navotas City for selling suspected smuggled seafood products worth P1.4 million. The suspects were identified as Alma Aden, 47, Cheryl Elizalde, 38, and Tito Ybañez Jr., 22. They were caught selling imported fish without the required permits.
