Motorboat Roxane-L capsized in the waters of Barangay Semirara here on July 20. Its crew of eight was rescued safely. The boat was from Occidental Mindoro and bound for Barangay Semirara when it capsized, according to the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) substation in Semirara. Strong winds and big waves were too much for it, the coastguard added. The boat’s freeboard got damaged.
