Rivers are the lifelines of the people. It provides communities with livelihood, drinking water, irrigation and means of transportation. To help restore vitality and biodiversity in rivers, San Miguel Corp. (SMC) made it its corporate social responsibility to rehabilitate major waterways in Metro Manila and nearby provinces of Bulacan, Pampanga and Laguna.
