Ten persons were rescued after a motor boat capsized in the waters off San Carlos City in Negros Occidental yesterday, the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) said. The PCG said bad weather brought by localized thunderstorms caused the boat to sink. The incident compelled authorities to suspend sea travel between San Carlos City and Sipaway Island.
