    The number of fatalities due to Severe Tropical Storm Paeng has risen to 160, a report released yesterday by the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) showed. The NDRRMC said 132 of the deaths have been confirmed while the 28 others are still being validated. The Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao recorded the highest death toll, with 64 followed by Western Visayas with 37 and Calabarzon, 33.
