    Excerpt
Summer will soon be over, but it doesn’t mean the water woes being experienced by most Filipinos will also dissipate. On the contrary, it is literally just a dry run of things to come as the country will soon face the El Niño phenomenon. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administratio has already issued a bulletin warning of an 80-percent probability that El Niño, which brings prolonged dry spell and drought, “could happen in a few months.”
