Three farmers drowned while fishing in the Cagayan River here on All Saints' Day, Tuesday. The Task Force Lingkod Cagayan (TFLC) identified the victims as Felipe Pulido, 54; his son, Jonathan, 30; and Renato Tabarejo, 54.
