The Department of Environment and Natural Resources is investigating the issuance of environmental compliance certificates or ECC to 22 Manila Bay reclamation projects that have been placed under review by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. Environment Secretary Maria Antonio-Yulo-Loyzaga said that in the meantime, all the projects will remain suspended unless deemed otherwise by the President.
