More than a month after the oil spill hit Oriental Mindoro and surrounding areas, Pola Mayor Jennifer Cruz said on Monday her town remained one of the most affected areas. During the Laging Handa public briefing, Cruz said the shores of Pola still have tar balls and some areas have yet to be cleaned.
